An unannounced renewal study was started on 5/17 and completed on 5/23. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children on the playground, infant care, transition to lunch, circle time and free play. Reviewed physical space, staff records, a sample of children records, emergency preparation, trainings and medication. Lunch to be served today was chicken chili, broccoli and cheese salad, bread and fruit.
