An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/15/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:30am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 87 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 85 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/7/2024 at approximately 10:10am and concluded on 6/7/2024 at approximately 12:10pm. There were a total of 90 children with 14 staff members present. Children were observed painting, cleaning up after a party, making maps of Europe, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 9 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
