An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/24/2026 and completed on 02/24/2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 10:50 am. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 02/05/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present and10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/29/2024. There were a total of 60 children with 11 staff members supervising. Children were observed transitioning outside, and engaged in a gingerbread book/cooking activity. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 02/15/2023. There were a total of 34 children with 11 staff members present. Children were observed during outside play, whole group music class, bathroom procedures, and handwashing. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/23/2022. There were a total of 33 children with 7 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. An on-site monitoring visit was conducted today. Additional information was sent by email to the Inspector to complete the study. Twenty three children were present with six staff. Reviewed medication on-site, a new hire file, children's records, emergency preparation, training and physical space. Lunch is bought from home.
