An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present, 8 staff, and 11 co-op parents. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records, 2 staff records , and 2 co-op parent records on-site on 10/7/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present, 8 staff, and 8 co-op parents. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff records , and 2 co-op parent records on-site on 5/19/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 9:25am and 11:55pm. There were 6 classrooms observed with a total of 57 children with 9 staff and 11 co-op parents within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed participating in a cooking project, circle time, art projects and handwashing. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, emergency medication and emergency materials were observed during this inspection. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/26/2022 and concluded on 05/26/2022. There were a total of 23 children with 6 direct care staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, water play, and building with large blocks outside. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
