An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 5, 2025 and completed on February 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:15 am and ended at 10:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 1 child's records and 2 staff records on-site on February 5, 2025. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on February 20, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

A renewal inspection was conducted today. The Program Manager was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted using FaceTime. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5. with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
