A Plus Kids Fun and Creative Learning Center LLC

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/21/25 and completed on 7/21/25, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:44am and ended at 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/11/2024 from 10:52am-11:43am. There were 64 children directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging in group play, participating in arts and crafts, counting in Spanish, and tabletop activities. The highlight was celebrating multiple children's fifth birthdays with a number five pinata, which they thoroughly enjoyed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
