An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 6/06/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 24 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. The Licensing Inspector conducted a joint investigation with a local agency in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 1/22/2023 relating to the center being too cold and not having heat on 1/22/2024. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be valid.
