Upon arrival a total of 9 children were signed in, and a total of 31 were observed in care. The operation sign in log did not reflect the number of children present in care.

The television observed in the lunch/Pre-K area was not anchored properly on the Television stand. The flat screen television was observed on a rolling cart without the proper restraints. Upon arrival, a total of 14 children were observed in front of the television.

I observed one caregiver in a room with 5 infants with a median age of 11 months. This is over ratio by one child. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by moving a caregiver from another classroom to the infant room
