The handwashing sinks were covered in brown stains. The window frames had broken window screens and the inside of the frames were filled with dust and dirt. The toys and equipment in the classrooms for learning were covered in crayon and colorful markings and the floors in the classrooms had small random items resembling trash on the floors presenting choking hazards.
