Based on the video footage observed, the caregiver in charge was observed conducting diaper changing in the bathroom while one child was bit and hit on their head consecutively by another child in the classroom. There was a total of four children outside of the bathroom area, where the staff did not have visual awareness to properly supervise the age group, in order to prevent the incident, or intervene immediately. As a result of the bite incident, the child sustained a break in the skin.
