Signed confirmation for 2 new employees hired on 2/8/21 and 2/4/21 had not been completed. The director must complete weekly observations for a minimum of 30 minutes for each classroom. Observations for the week of 2/22/21 were not available for review. The director must meet with all staff following an inspection to review deficiencies cited and must have signed acknowledgement on the inspection form. 1 staff member's signature was observed to be missing on the operation's most recent inspection form.
