Also in the infant room, there were accumulated items on top of a diaper changing station by the far right side of the room. Items such as steps, varies poster boards and upright mat pilled on top of each other. There was a flamingo floater in the infant room with a warning labeled stating "This is not a toy". There was also a beach ball. Note. This was corrected at inspection.
