This was corrected when the area was covered. There was a sharp bent paneling out on the 12-18month old playground that was accessible to children. This was corrected by placing foam over it with tape. A broken toy was found on the infant playground that was accessible to children and sharp to the touch. This was corrected when the riding toy was removed.
