During the inspection the provider was missing 5 hours to meet the annual training requirement. The provider did not have preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction. The provider did not have handling storing of hazardous materials.

There was a wading pool with water in it located where children in care have access in the backyard. The wading pool was emptied during the inspection prior to CCR Specialist leaving. There was a trampoline observed in the backyard where children in care have access.
