There were multiple holes observed in the backyard where children in care could easily trip. There was trash and tall weeds located in the backyard where children in care play. There was a wading pool with water in it located where children in care have access in the backyard. The wading pool was emptied during the inspection prior to CCR Specialist leaving. There was a trampoline observed in the backyard where children in care have access.
