A school-age teacher was present by themselves with twenty-seven children. The youngest child was six and the oldest child was twelve. This was corrected during the inspection when the director moved a child to another classroom.

Two caregivers in charge of 24 children 21mo-5years old was not aware of the number of children in their care. When I asked one caregiver they stated there were 23 children and then the other caregiver corrected her and stated no there's 25 children. However, I counted 24 children. The caregiver was asked again to verify. The caregiver recounted and stated no there is 25 children. However I recounted again and there were 24 children. The caregiver then recounted again and she counted 24 children and stated one of the kids had went home.

There were multiple mushrooms growing out of the ground outside on the playground. This was corrected during the inspection when i observed the career remove the mushrooms.
