The playground maintenance checklist were evaluated and the operation was able to provide a checklist being completed in a week in December 2025 and January 2026 as well as February 2026. This is in compliance. The emergency practices form for the physical year of 2025 was available for review. A letter showing that the operation does not have gas and therefore, does not require a gas inspection was not available upon request.
