The screws were found to be protruding underneath in the tunnel area used by children in care. This was corrected when the caterpillar was removed. Broken toys were on the playground, this was corrected when the toys were removed Both gates leading out of the playground area were found to have large gaps when latched to the fence, presenting an entrapment hazard. Extension until Friday the 10th.
