During a walk through of the play ground, a pool and fire pit were both observed with a body of standing water. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider dumped the water from the fire pit and the pool thrown away.

There were boards with nails lying on the ground and accessible to the children. The back porch had electrical cords and lawn equipment out and accessible to the children.
