A fence board was broken along the back fence line. The red playhouse has wood around the frame which is broken/damaged. Wood around the music area is warped presenting a trip hazard. Several toilets had yellow stains and smell of urine along the toilet area; the walls behind some toilets appeared stained with a brown color. The sink area in multiple rooms had brown stains, discolored areas, and dried paint which needed to be sanitized/cleaned. Multiple lights were not functioning and need to be replaced in classrooms and restrooms.
