A total of 21 children were observed including 10 children who were escorted to the restroom. The caregiver was asked to count again to verify the number of children in their care. The caregiver then counted and stated there were 10 children in their care and remainder went to the restroom giving the group a total of 18. The caregiver was informed they were still incorrect and that there were 11 children in their care, in addition to the group who went to the restroom. The caregiver was informed that there was a total of 21 children in the group.
