During the walkthrough three caregivers provided the incorrect amount of children they were resposonsible for. This was corrected when caregiver recounted the children.

A child younger than 12 months was observed in a crib with a pacifier with a beaded string pacifier clip clipped to their shirt while asleep in the crib. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the beaded pacifier string clip from the child's shirt.
