While I was driving on the street getting ready to turn into the daycare parking lot I observed a caregiver grab a child by one arm, completely lifting the child off the ground and proceeded to walk the child to another caregiver who was by the side door and that caregiver also lifted that child up by one arm and took them inside. The teacher was by themselves outside on the playground and was transitioning the children from outside.

The two children did have a tablet and when I asked them were there teacher was the nine year old stated my mom works here and thats why I am here. When I approached the parent who is also the cook she stated the two children should have been sitting in the classroom with the school age teacher. I also observed an eleven year old child sitting in a dark office laying on a couch. When I asked the child what was wrong, he stated he was not feeling good. There was no teacher supervising the child. At 3:26 pm a caregiver brought the child out of the office and took them to the classroom.
