While reviewing medication logs for children in care, it was determined that multiple medication logs were missing the full name of the child, name of the medication, strength, and dosage. In addition, for 10/31/24 and 12/31/24 there was not documentation that the foster parent administered medication to the child. The Administrator provided documentation that the Case Mangers were retrained on medication documentation on 03/03/25. During the monthly home visits, the Case Managers will ensure that the medications logs are accurate. Also, the foster parents were retrained on 4/1/25 on documentation and accuracy of the logs.
