Additionally, plastic wrappers were found scattered on the ground, and there was broken play equipment in the area designated for children. A bird nest was also observed in the metal shade structure above the outdoor play area. All six classrooms, the hallway, and the kitchen were found to have dead insects in the light ceiling panels.
