A light cord in the school age portable being exposed and accessible to children. 8. A nail coming out of the wall in the 3 year old portable that is accessible to children. 9. The entrance door to the 3 year old portable has a quarter size hole above the lock. 10. The wooden floors in the 3 year old portable are spaced incorrectly causing a safety hazard. 11. The ceiling in the 3 year old portable has a plank like piece of wood that is dipping in the center. 12. The A/C for the 3 year old portable was at 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
