A caregiver stepped away from the diaper changing table while a child remained on the diaper changing table on two different occassions during the same diaper changing session. The staff member turned their back completely and stepped away to throw away a diaper and then a second time the caregiver left the diaper changing area and entered the bathroom to assist a different child going potty while the other child remained on the diaper changing table.
