The operation was not able to provide proof of a sheltering drill completed within the year of 2026. I spoke with the director about completing the drill this week and ensuring that they are completed 4 times in a calendar year.

The operation could not show proof of fire drills being conducted in 2026. There were also missing drills from 2025. This was corrected when the fire drill was completed and the operation was able to exit the building with all children in under 2 minutes.
