There were various household & yard chemicals sitting out & accessible to children. 7. The air conditioner unit did not have a barrier to prevent access to children. 8. There was overgrown grass & weeds. Leaves that needs to be cleaned up. This needs to be mowed to eliminate hazards that cannot be seen.
