During the inspection, it was determined the program did not have a copy of the certificate of occupancy available on-site for review. The program had a certificate of final approval for electrical, plumbing, etc. on file. This was a finding at the 10/11/23 inspection. Submit the programs corrective action plan, which includes a copy of the certificate of occupancy, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.

During the inspection, it was determined that quarterly inspections (1st,2nd,3rd quarters) of one or more outdoor play area(s) and equipment had not been completed and documented as required, using the JFS 01281 Child Care Playground Inspection Report form.
