During the inspection, it was determined that the administrator had not completed the required rules review course provided by this Department for program administrators within the time period defined in this rule. Children in care shall be protected from any items and conditions which threaten their health, safety, and well-being. During the inspection, it was determined that a child care staff member had wrapped an infant in blanket(s) covering the child's face, posing a suffocation hazard. Provide staff training. Submit the programs corrective action plan, which includes a statement that the item or condition has been removed and a statement that training was provided, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.

During the inspection, it was determined that a child care staff member handled a child roughly, and forcefully placed a child in a bouncer/exersaucer. Provide staff training. Submit the program's corrective action plan, which includes a statement that training was provided, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.
