During the inspection, it was observed that materials that contain blood are not disposed of by using of a sealable, leakproof plastic bag or by double bagging in plastic bags that are securely tied. Tissues used during the student's bloody nose were thrown away in the trashcan and not double -bagged or put in a sealable bag.

During the inspection, it was observed that disposable gloves were not worn during contact with blood or bodily fluids that contain blood, such as vomit or feces in which blood can be seen. A student had a bloody nose during the licensing visit. The staff member did not wear gloves while helping the child.
