Documentation was not on file for a high school junior or senior who is also enrolled in a college credit program in child development or early childhood education. Documentation was not on file for a high school junior or senior who is enrolled in a Child Development Associate (CDA) training program.Submit the programs corrective action plan, which includes a copy of the education verification, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.

The fall surface material had not been properly distributed or raked as needed to retain proper depth under and around equipment.2. During the inspection, it was determined that a medication, Albuterol, Auvi Q, was within the reach of children in the Preschool room. All medications must be stored out of the reach of children. Create procedures that assure medications will always be inaccessible to children. Provide staff training. Submit the programs corrective action plan, which includes a statement that training was provided, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.
