During the inspection, sufficient individuals were not physically present with children to meet staff/child ratio.On two occasions a child was observed within a blind spot in the preschool classroom where staff cannot see the children. The area at the bottom of the steps just before you enter the classroom is setup for a quiet space. A volunteer was observed taking a group of children to another part of the building without a staff member present. This is a regular practice.
