Please update the program policies and procedures to address the following:- Developmentally appropriate materials, equipment and programming- Selection and use of developmentally appropriate materials and equipment.- Compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA, 20 USC 1232g).- Health and safety procedures outlined in rule 3301-37-07- The parent roster requirements outlined in rule 3301-37-07- Outline minimum staff requirements- Procedures for checking references of potential employees.- Staff awareness of each child's cumulative and health records.- Providing written notification to parents when a child is injured or when a serious health/safety incident occurs.- Maintaining a log of all incident and injuries- Procedures to provide food to a child who has forgotten parent provided food for the day.- Information provided to parents regarding nutritious snack choices when parents provide meals and snacks.- Procedures for notifying all parents of enrolled children when children are exposed to a diagnosed communicable disease- Supervising grounds, play areas, and other facilities when scheduled for use by children- Reporting abuse procedures were missing.Discipline policies and procedures did not include:- Ensuring the safety, physical, and emotional well-being of all individuals on the premises.- The requirement for a preschool staff member to be responsible for discipline.- That parents and staff received a copy of the discipline policy.
