During the inspection, the preschool special education program did not meet requirements of rule 3301-51-11 of the Administrative Code. Classroom 4 AM was identified as an integrated classroom; however, the current AM enrollment is 13 students that includes 8 IEP students and 5 typical peers. The classroom is not meeting the 50% or less on IEPs requirement. Classroom 8 PM was identified as an integrated classroom; however, the current PM enrollment is 12 students that includes 7 IEP students and 5 typical peers. The classroom is not meeting the 50% or less on IEPs requirement. Classroom 10 AM was identified as a PSE classroom; however, the current AM enrollment is 13 students that includes 6 IEP students and 7 typical peers. The classroom is not meeting the 51% or more on IEPs requirement.
