During the inspection, current menus for the week were not posted in a conspicuous place for all meals and snacks served and substitute foods were not recorded on the day of the substitution. Fruit and vegetables from the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable program were being used as a snack. There was no menu posted for what was being served to the students.
