During the inspection, it was observed that the center is not cleaned daily and kept in a sanitary condition at all times. The trash can in the PSE classroom was visibly soiled.

Paint chips and wood with splinters protruding at bottom of sink and a bookshelf needs secured in PSE room 12. Objects on a shelf where children store belongings was piled with items that are unsecure in ECE room 15.
