During the inspection, the maximum group size was exceeded for a preschool special education classroom, in that 3 children with disabilities from a SPED classroom were combined into a Gen Ed classroom already containing 8 children with disabilities..

During the inspection, the preschool special education program did not meet requirements of section 3323.022 of the Revised Code and rule 3301-51-11 of the Administrative Code. Room 161 was identified as a co-taught class; however, the class had 8 children enrolled with disabilities and 4 children enrolled as typically developing peers, not accordance with having 49% children or less with disabilities.
