The weekly inspection needs to include the following:1. A visual inspection of the tires for wear and tire pressure;2. During the inspection, it was determined the programs written disaster plan did not meet the requirement for training child care staff members and employees on the plan annually as noted in numbers 1 and 2 below:1.
