Licensee disclosed that infants currently in care are not napping and therefore no 15 minute sleeps/log are being kept. Also, old logs documenting sleep checks were not available for review. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a plan as to how compliance will be maintained regarding the cited regulation section.
