Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of counts which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee ensure that the adult who does not currently have a guardian backround clearance goes to get livescan finger printed by 8/2/25. Licensee will also provide proof that live scan fingerprinting was completed 8/4/25.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 instance of an infant sleeping in an inappropriate sleeper with blanket and sippy cup, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will send CCLD photo of pack & play or crib and written attestation to utilize it according to Title 22 safe sleep regulations elizabeth.friese@dss.ca.gov
