After reviewing the information on safe sleep the licensee agrees to provide a second written statement on how she and her assistants will ensure that the Safe Sleep requirements will be met. The initial written statement shall be submitted by 5/15/2024.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 4 infants sleeping had blankets covering the strollers they were sleeping in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agrees to provide a written statement that she and her assistants will review Title 22 Regulations and view the Departments website (https://ccld.childcarevideos.org) regarding Safe Sleep no later than end of the week.
