Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in infant safe sleep. Upon arrival, - Licensee was by herself and had 6 children in care. 2 children sleeping on the bedroom#1, one infant #1 at the sleeping at the bedroom#2 and 3 children preschooler age were sleeping at the family room by the kitchen area. Licensee did not have visually observation of the infant and other children in care at the same time. count] out of [total count] [(objects) (persons)] [identifiers] which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to have all children on the same area and able to visually observe the infant wihtout moving the door. A declaration (LIC855) was provide from licensee to LPA.
