Based on LPA's observation and interview with Lead Teacher Liz Calderon, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. Lead Teacher’s Pediatric first aid and CPR expired on 01/2022 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(f) Solid waste shall be stored, located and disposed of in a manner that will not transmit communicable diseases or odors, create a nuisance, or provide a breeding place or food source for insects or rodents. (1) All containers used for storage of solid wastes, including moveable bins, shall have a tightfitting cover that is kept on; shall be in good repair; and shall be leakproof and rodent-proof.

This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on results submitted to the Department, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in Outlet "A" was reported to have an exceedance of 27.8 ppb, exceeding allowable limit for lead, which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
