Based on observation, LPA observed stuffed animals and baby drinking a bottle in crib upon arrival to the home for child #1, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Bottle and toys were removed immediately. Assistants are not aware of the safe sleep regulations.
Based on interview, observation, and record review, the assistants and licensee have not implemented the infant safe sleep regulations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assistants and Licensee will implement the infant safe sleep regulations, sleep chart for infants enrolled and email after two weeks of documenting by 01/15/2024.
