Based on the LPA's observations and the licensee's own admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in HSC 1597.543. The licensee stated that she is unable to locate the carbon monoxide detector inside her home. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee purchased a carbon monoxide detector online and stated that she will submit proof to the LPA of the installed carbon monoxide detector once it is delivered to her home.
Based on the LPA's observations during the personnel file review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in CCR 102416(c). The licensee's pediatric first aid/CPR certificate expired in January 2023. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will enroll in a pediatric first aid/CPR course and submit proof of course completion to the LPA by 09/25/23.
