Based on the LPA's observations on 02/25/26, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in102416.3(a)(6). The licensee converted an existing attached garage of the home and added this space to her existing childcare area. The Department was not notified prior to this work being performed nor was the Department notified after the work was completed. Additionally, the licensee added a bathroom in the childcare area. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will submit an updated floor sketch showing the updated on limits child care areas of the home as well as describing the scope of the work performed in the childcare. The licensee stated that she will email these documents to the LPA by 03/04/26.
