Based on the LPA's staff record review at 1:30pm, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 102416 (c) and insure that at least one staff member present today possessed a current pediatric CPR/first aid certificate. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will complete an EMSA approved pediatic CPR/first aid course and submit proof of completion of training to CCLD by 06/06/2022.
