Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA found one bottom cabinet with alcohol unlocked and accessible to children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During the inspection, Licensee moved the alcohol into a locked closet making it inaccessible to children in care. Licensee will write a statement of acknowledgement of the importance of keeping hazardous items locked and inaccessible to children and submit itto the department by the POC due date.
