Resolution: Per Assistant, they will purchase a carbon monoxide detector by POC due date of 2/14/2025 and will email copy of purchased receipt to LPA.

Resolution: Licensee stated to completed EMSA CPR/First Aid training for staff 1 and staff 2 by 05/04/2023 and will email to LPA.
